目的：探讨硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例T2DM合并高血压患者分为对照组与观察组，对照组仅采用硝苯地平片，观察组在此基础上联合厄贝沙坦。比较两组疗效、治疗前后SBP及DBP水平变化。结果（1）对照组临床总有效率为70.00%，显著低于观察组（92.50%）（P＜0.05）；（2）两组治疗前后SBP及DBP水平差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），且两组治疗后血压水平差异也具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论硝苯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗T2DM合并高血压的效果显著，无不良反应发生，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토초분지평연합액패사탄치료2형당뇨병합병고혈압적림상료효급안전성。방법장80례T2DM합병고혈압환자분위대조조여관찰조，대조조부채용초분지평편，관찰조재차기출상연합액패사탄。비교량조료효、치료전후SBP급DBP수평변화。결과（1）대조조림상총유효솔위70.00%，현저저우관찰조（92.50%）（P＜0.05）；（2）량조치료전후SBP급DBP수평차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），차량조치료후혈압수평차이야구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론초분지평연합액패사탄치료T2DM합병고혈압적효과현저，무불량반응발생，치득추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect and safety of nifedipine combined with irbesartan in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were allocated to the control group and the observation group.Patients in the control group were only received nifedipine bablets while those in the observation group were further received irbesartan.The curative effects,changes of SBP level and DBP level before and after the treatment between two groups were compared.Results(1)The clinical total effective rate in the control group was 70% which was significantly lower than that in the observed group (92.50%) (P<0.05).(2)The differences of SBP level and DBP level before and after the treatment of the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) and differences of blood pressure levels after treatment of the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with irbesartan has a significant curative effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension without any adverse reactions and it is worth promotion and application.
