目的：探讨缓解痔术后疼痛与降低急性尿潴留发生率领域应用莱藻子敷脐疗法的临床效果。方法随机挑选符合该次试验标准的2013年1月-2014年12月该院80例病人，制作80张随机分配卡，根据随机分配原则将其划分为两组，一组为治疗组，一组为对照组。对两组病人的急性尿潴留发生率(导尿)等临床情况做出比较。结果两组80例病例均完成治疗试验，试验统计数据显示，试验组导尿发生率22.5%显著少于对照组65.0%。结论采用莱旅子敷脐治疗观察缓解痔术后疼痛与降低急性尿潴留发生率具有明显效果，可有效延缓痔术后出现的伤口疼痛，并降低痔术后的急性尿潴留发生率，提高病人术后生活质量。
목적：탐토완해치술후동통여강저급성뇨저류발생솔영역응용래조자부제요법적림상효과。방법수궤도선부합해차시험표준적2013년1월-2014년12월해원80례병인，제작80장수궤분배잡，근거수궤분배원칙장기화분위량조，일조위치료조，일조위대조조。대량조병인적급성뇨저류발생솔(도뇨)등림상정황주출비교。결과량조80례병례균완성치료시험，시험통계수거현시，시험조도뇨발생솔22.5%현저소우대조조65.0%。결론채용래려자부제치료관찰완해치술후동통여강저급성뇨저류발생솔구유명현효과，가유효연완치술후출현적상구동통，병강저치술후적급성뇨저류발생솔，제고병인술후생활질량。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Laifuzi umbilicus-applying therapy in remission of posthemorrhoidectomy pain and inducing acute urinary retention. Methods 80 patients who were admitted in our hospital during January 2013 and De-cember 2014 and met the test standard were randomly divided into treatment group (n=40) and control group (n=40). No special treatment was done for the patients in the control groups after hemorrhoidectomy, while those in the treatment groups were given Laifuzi umbilicus-applying therapy. Posthemorrhoidectomy pain and incidence rates of acute urinary retention were compared be-tween the two groups. Results Test statistics showed the incidence rate of acute urinary retention was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, 22.5%vs 65.0%. Conclusion Laifuzi umbilicus-applying therapy can effectively relieve posthemorrhoidectomy pain, lower the incidence rates of acute urinary retention and improve the quality of life of patients.
