目的：探讨肠宁汤治疗66例老年抗生素相关性腹泻脾肾阳虚证的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的66例抗生素相关性腹泻老年患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采取双歧杆菌三联活菌散治疗，观察组采用肠宁汤治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗有效率和治疗前后中医症状总积分情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为97.0％，显著高于对照组的78.8％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后中医症状总积分较治疗前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组中医症状总积分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肠宁汤治疗老年抗生素相关性腹泻临床疗效好，可缓解患者临床症状，值得在临床上进行推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Changningtang in the treatment of 66 elderly patients with intestinal antibiotic associated diarrhea of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods 66 cases of elderly patients with antibiotic associated diarrhea in our hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group by Bifid Triple Viable powder treatment, the observation group adopt Changningtang treatment, compared the efficiency and TCM symptoms total score of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results the effective rate of treatment group was 97.0%, significantly higher than that of the control group (78.8%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment TCM symptoms total score were significantly improved compared with before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); TCM symptoms total score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Changningtang therapeutic effect in the treatment of senile antibiotic associated diarrhea, can alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patients, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
