目的：探究降压药联合生活方式的改变在高血压维持治疗的疗效。方法随机选取2013年4月-2014年4月间在该院进行治疗的高血压患者100例，随机分为两组，每组50例，对照组患者使用临床上常规的降压药(如尼卡地平与硝普钠联合治疗)，观察组患者在对照组的基础上帮助患者改善患者的生活方式，观察两组患者的血压平稳情况。结果观察组患者治疗有效率为94%，对照组治疗有效率为72%，治疗总有效率比较(χ2=5.623，P=0.013)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降压药联合生活方式的改变在高血压维持治疗的疗效优于传统的降压药联合使用来降压。
목적：탐구강압약연합생활방식적개변재고혈압유지치료적료효。방법수궤선취2013년4월-2014년4월간재해원진행치료적고혈압환자100례，수궤분위량조，매조50례，대조조환자사용림상상상규적강압약(여니잡지평여초보납연합치료)，관찰조환자재대조조적기출상방조환자개선환자적생활방식，관찰량조환자적혈압평은정황。결과관찰조환자치료유효솔위94%，대조조치료유효솔위72%，치료총유효솔비교(χ2=5.623，P=0.013)，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론강압약연합생활방식적개변재고혈압유지치료적료효우우전통적강압약연합사용래강압。
Objective To explore the efficacy of lifestyle changes combined with antihypertensive drugs in maintenance therapy for hypertension. Methods 100 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital during April 2013 and April 2014 were randomly divided into control group (n=50) in which the patients were given combined treatment of nicardipine and sodium nitroprusside, and observation group in which the patients were treated with lifestyle changes combined with antihypertensive drugs. Blood pres-sure of the patients was compared between the two groups. Results There was statistically significant difference in the total effec-tive rate between the observation group and the control group, 94% vs 72%,χ2=5.623,P=0.013,<0.05. Conclusion Compared with traditional antihypertensive drugs, lifestyle changes combined with antihypertensive drugs has better effect in maintenance therapy for hypertension.
