考察钠钙双碱法脱硫工艺技术在陶瓷窑炉应用情况,并对存在的运行问题进行分析,以确定该工艺对陶瓷窑炉的适应性。调研发现多数厂家运行中存在堵塞、氢氧化钠溶液耗量大、运行成本高等问题。本文提出石灰—石膏脱硫技术的可行改造方案。

The application of double alkali desulfurization technology in ceramic industry has been observed and the problems in operation analyzed so as to determine the adaptability of the technology to ceramic kilns. Clogging, excessive use of sodium hydroxide solution and high operation cost are found in desulfurization systems of most manufacturers. A feasible improvement plan for lime-gypsum FGD technology is put forward to solve these problems.
