通过对比北京和上海两大城市迁入人口的来源地与居住地得出，迁入北京人口的来源地相对分散，集中度不及上海.中心城区仍然是迁入人口的重要目的地.迁入上海城镇占16.55%，乡村占12.58%，迁入北京城镇占6.71%，乡村占9.97%，说明上海城镇和乡村拥有更好的岗位适应性.经济成因是大城市人口迁入的最主要成因；社会成因以随迁投靠为主，是经济迁入的伴随性迁移.

The inter-provincial migrants whose sources are relatively dispersed in Beijing but concentration less than Shanghai by comparing the source and residence drawn. The center of the city is still an important destination for migrants. Moved to Shang-hai accounted for 16. 55% of the towns, rural accounted for 12. 58%, accounting for 6. 71 percent moved to Beijing towns, villa-ges accounted for 9. 97%, which indicating that Shanghai towns and villages have better job adaptability. The economic causes are the main causes of the large migrants; wife seek refuge is the main social cause which is concomitant economic migration.
