在瓷质建筑陶瓷砖配方中,创新地添加景德镇本地新开发的紫砂泥劣质原料(可塑性较差部分)和景德镇煤矸石废料作为主要原料,并引入长石、宜春砂来改善坯体的性能。通过测试样品的吸水率和抗折强度,结合XRD衍射分析和SEM电镜扫描的方法,探讨紫砂泥不同的加入量对样品的影响。实验结果表明:过多的加入紫砂泥对降低样品的吸水率、提高抗折强度不利。当紫砂泥加入量为37.5%时,试样的吸水率达到最小值0.04%,抗折强度达到最大值108 MPa。通过XRD和SEM分析结果可知,该样品主晶相为莫来石相和石英。

재자질건축도자전배방중,창신지첨가경덕진본지신개발적자사니렬질원료(가소성교차부분)화경덕진매안석폐료작위주요원료,병인입장석、의춘사래개선배체적성능。통과측시양품적흡수솔화항절강도,결합XRD연사분석화SEM전경소묘적방법,탐토자사니불동적가입량대양품적영향。실험결과표명:과다적가입자사니대강저양품적흡수솔、제고항절강도불리。당자사니가입량위37.5%시,시양적흡수솔체도최소치0.04%,항절강도체도최대치108 MPa。통과XRD화SEM분석결과가지,해양품주정상위막래석상화석영。
For the purpose of improving properties of building ceramic tiles, inferior low plasticity Jingdezhen purple clay, coal gangue and feldspar were used as the main raw materials. Effects of different purple mud adding amounts on water absorption and rupture strength were tested. SEM and XRD were employed to examine the structure of the samples. The results indicate that it has a bad effect on water absorption and rupture strength when the adding amounts of purple mud are excessive. The tile has minimum water absorption (0.04%) and maximum flexural strength (108MPa) when the content of purple clay is 37.5% and the firing temperature is 1100 ℃. The main crystalline phases of the tile are mullite and quartz which were tested by means of SEM and XRD. The amounts of mullite phase and quartz phase first increase,and then decrease with the increase of purple mud, the degree of its densification shows the corresponding change, thus leading to the tendency of increasing and decreasing on the properties of samples.
