髋臼四边体作为髋臼的内侧面支撑着髋臼，并联通髋臼前后柱的重要结构，其重要意义越来越被骨科医生所认识。四边体紧邻髋臼，手术中对于四边体的修复其实质是通过对四边体的复位间接复位髋臼。该文从复位四边体的常用手术入路、四边体的修复、手术新技术等方面进行综述，总结近几年复杂型髋臼骨折中四边体修复的现状和进展。
