目的：探讨术后眼球按摩护理在青光眼患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法将80例青光眼患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组围术期给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加强眼球按摩护理，比较2组术后遵医行为、眼压控制、疼痛、恢复情况及护理满意度。结果观察组术后在正确用药、监测眼压、眼球按摩方面的遵医行为好于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。2组患者术后并发症、住院时间以及术后3 d、2周时的眼压差异均无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。观察组术后疼痛评分、术后3个月时的眼压低于对照组，功能型滤过泡形成率、手术成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论术后眼球按摩有利于降低青光眼患者术后眼压，并能减轻疼痛，提高手术疗效。
목적：탐토술후안구안마호리재청광안환자술후호리중적응용효과。방법장80례청광안환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조위술기급여상규호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상가강안구안마호리，비교2조술후준의행위、안압공제、동통、회복정황급호리만의도。결과관찰조술후재정학용약、감측안압、안구안마방면적준의행위호우대조조，호리만의도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。2조환자술후병발증、주원시간이급술후3 d、2주시적안압차이균무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。관찰조술후동통평분、술후3개월시적안압저우대조조，공능형려과포형성솔、수술성공솔고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론술후안구안마유리우강저청광안환자술후안압，병능감경동통，제고수술료효。
Objective To explore the application effect of eyeball massage nursing in post-operative nursing of glaucoma patients.Methods 80 glaucoma patients in our hospital were ran-domly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was received rou-tine nursing in peri operation period,the observation group was strengthened eyeball massage based on the control group,and postoperative compliance behavior,intraocular pressure control,pain, rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The compliance behavior in the correct medication,monitoring of intraocular pressure,eye massage in the observation group was better than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Complications,hospitalization time, IOP of 3D,2 weeks after operation were not statistically significant between the two groups (P >0.05).Postoperative pain score,postoperative IOP at 3 months in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,functional filtering bleb formation rate,operation success rate was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Postoperative eyeball massage helps to reduce intraocular pressure of the glaucoma patients,relieves pain,and improves the oper-ation effect.
