本科护生作为护理专业未来发展的高级人才储备资源，其离职率的高低对护理事业的发展和护理队伍的稳定有着重要影响。目前国内外本科护理教育均以课程教育为主，缺乏科学系统职业生涯规划及其相关内容的教育。针对这一现状，将职业成熟度概念引入护理教育，讨论其提高的必要性，并提出科学有效可行的干预措施。

As the advanced talented reserve resource of nursing field in future, it is significant for undergraduate nursing students to develop the nursing occupation and stabilize nursing team. Undergraduate nursing education gives first place to courses education at home and abroad now, lacking plan of scientific systematic occupation and relevant content education. As to this problem, lead the concept of career maturity into nursing education to discuss the necessity of improvement and prepare career strategies and interventions so that they can improve career maturity development.
