目的:检测冠心病(CAD)合并高血压病患者血小板膜糖蛋白(GP)、血小板最大聚集率(PAgT)水平的变化并分析其意义。方法选择 CAD116例,其中稳定性心绞痛(SAP)36例(SAP 组);不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)38例(UAP 组);UAP 合并高血压病42例(UAP 合并高血压组);另选健康体检者48例(对照组)。上述患者根据有无心绞痛(AP)事件发生分为有心血管事件发生组(56例)和无心血管事件组(60例)。分别测定各组 GP、PAgT 水平。结果 UAP 合并高血压病患组 GP、PAgT 水平明显高于对照组、SAP 组以及 UAP 组;UAP 组 GP、PAgT 水平明显高于对照组及 SAP 组;有心血管事件发生组 GP、PAgT 水平明显高于无心血管事件组。结论 GP、PAgT 水平升高是 CAD 患者发生冠状动脉事件的重要因素,这种变化在合并高血压病的 UAP患者更加明显。

목적:검측관심병(CAD)합병고혈압병환자혈소판막당단백(GP)、혈소판최대취집솔(PAgT)수평적변화병분석기의의。방법선택 CAD116례,기중은정성심교통(SAP)36례(SAP 조);불은정성심교통(UAP)38례(UAP 조);UAP 합병고혈압병42례(UAP 합병고혈압조);령선건강체검자48례(대조조)。상술환자근거유무심교통(AP)사건발생분위유심혈관사건발생조(56례)화무심혈관사건조(60례)。분별측정각조 GP、PAgT 수평。결과 UAP 합병고혈압병환조 GP、PAgT 수평명현고우대조조、SAP 조이급 UAP 조;UAP 조 GP、PAgT 수평명현고우대조조급 SAP 조;유심혈관사건발생조 GP、PAgT 수평명현고우무심혈관사건조。결론 GP、PAgT 수평승고시 CAD 환자발생관상동맥사건적중요인소,저충변화재합병고혈압병적 UAP환자경가명현。
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of platelet membrane glycoprotein(GP)and platelet aggregation rate(PAgT)in patients combined with coronary artery disease( CAD)and hypertension( HP). Methods 116 patients with CAD were chosen as experiment group,including 36 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP),38 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),42 UAP patients with HP. 48 normal person were chosen as control group. Patients were divided into coronary artery events group(56 cases)and without coronary artery events group(60 cases)according to angina pectoris(AP)events. GP and PAgT were measured in each group. Results The levels of GP and PAgT were higher in UAP patients with HP than those in control group,patients with SAP as well as patients with UAP. The levels of GP and PAgT were higher in patients with UAP than those in control group and pa-tients with SAP. The levels of GP and PAgT were hither in coronary artery events group than those without coronary ar-tery events. Conclusion Increased level of GP and PAgT play an important role in occurrence of coronary artery e-vents in patients with CAD,which is more obvious in UAP patients with HP.
