目的:对围手术期Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防应用干预研究进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的1000例Ⅰ类切口手术患者为对象,随机分组,对照组实施常规用药,实验组则增加围手术期手术抗菌药物干预。对两组患者的临床情况进行观察和比较。结果实验组的围手术期抗菌药物使用率明显比对照组低,药物选择合理率、用法用量合理率、给药时机合理率明显比对照组高,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在切口感染率上相仿,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于Ⅰ类切口手术患者实施围手术期抗菌药物预防应用干预,有利于提高抗菌药物的使用合理性,值得普及和应用。

목적:대위수술기Ⅰ류절구수술항균약물예방응용간예연구진행탐토。방법선취아원수치적1000례Ⅰ류절구수술환자위대상,수궤분조,대조조실시상규용약,실험조칙증가위수술기수술항균약물간예。대량조환자적림상정황진행관찰화비교。결과실험조적위수술기항균약물사용솔명현비대조조저,약물선택합리솔、용법용량합리솔、급약시궤합리솔명현비대조조고,차이명현,유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조환자재절구감염솔상상방,무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론대우Ⅰ류절구수술환자실시위수술기항균약물예방응용간예,유리우제고항균약물적사용합이성,치득보급화응용。
Objective?Perioperative ClassⅠincision antimicrobial drug prevention intervention research to explore. Methods?1000 cases in our hospital patients incision classⅠobject, randomized control group received conventional treatment, the experimental group increased perioperative antimicrobial intervention. Two groups of patients for clinical conditions were observed and compared. Results?Perioperative antimicrobial usage in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, the drug of choice for a reasonable rate, Dosage reasonable rates, timing of administration and reasonable rates signiifcantly higher than the control group, the differences are signiifcant, statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The two groups were similar on wound infection, no statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). Conclusion?For ClassⅠincision surgery for patients with perioperative antibiotic prophylaxis application to intervene, help to improve the rationality of the use of antimicrobial drugs, worth popularization and application.
