糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)常见的慢性微血管病变表现，严重威胁患者健康，也是糖尿病患者死亡的重要原因之一。目前，临床上评估肾功能水平主要依靠肾功能检查。随着现代医学技术的发展，彩色多普勒超声在诊断早期DN中的应用得到广泛认可。特别是超声微泡造影剂在糖尿病肾病中的研究和应用，为诊断早期糖尿病肾病开辟了新的领域，本文就相关研究进展综述如下。

Diabetic nephropathy(DN) is a common chronic micro-vascular disease in diabetes mellitus(DM).It is a serious threat to patients’ healthy,and it is also one of the important reasons for patients’ death with diabetes.At present,the clinical diagnoses mainly rely on renal function tests.With the development of modern medical technology,color Doppler ultrasound has been widely recognized in the diagnosis of early DN application. Ultrasound micro-bubble contrast agent opened up a new field for the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy,especially for the research and application of diabetic nephropathy.In this paper,the related research progress were reviewed as follows.
