样品经碱熔融后,在2%硫酸介质中,以2%酒石酸溶液作载流,采用原子荧光光谱法测定土壤样品中的微量锡,锡荧光强度与其质量浓度在0~150μg/L 呈线性关系。本方法操作简便,相对标准偏差在3.51%~7.86%之间,检出限为0.15μg/g 。对国家一级标准物质进行测定,结果令人满意。

The determination method for trace Tin in soil samples by AFS was established. And the sam‐ple treatment method with alkali fusion was also studied. Under the optimum conditions , the fluorescence intensity of Tin is linear with its mass fraction in the range of 0 — 150 μg/L in the media of 2% sulphuric acid under the current carrying 2% tartaric acid. The established procedure is simple. The RSD is 3.51% — 7.86% and the detection limit of the method is 0.15μg/g.
