目的：探讨延续性护理在丙型肝炎患者中的应用。方法选择本院收治的52例慢性丙型肝炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为干预组和对照组各26例，干预组患者出院时给予延续性护理，对照组患者给予常规的出院宣教，比较2组患者的生活质量和治疗依从性。结果干预组患者失眠、脱发、体质量减轻、皮肤红斑或硬结、抑郁、疲乏等的发生率均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。干预组患者在按时用药、定期复查、合理饮食、戒烟戒酒、适度运动等方面的依从性显著高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对丙型肝炎患者实施延续性护理措施，能够明显改善患者生活质量，提高患者的治疗依从性，具有良好的临床效果。
목적：탐토연속성호리재병형간염환자중적응용。방법선택본원수치적52례만성병형간염환자작위연구대상，수궤분위간예조화대조조각26례，간예조환자출원시급여연속성호리，대조조환자급여상규적출원선교，비교2조환자적생활질량화치료의종성。결과간예조환자실면、탈발、체질량감경、피부홍반혹경결、억욱、피핍등적발생솔균현저저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。간예조환자재안시용약、정기복사、합리음식、계연계주、괄도운동등방면적의종성현저고우대조조，차이균구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론대병형간염환자실시연속성호리조시，능구명현개선환자생활질량，제고환자적치료의종성，구유량호적림상효과。
Objective To explore the application of continuity nursing in patients with hepatitis c.Methods A total of 52 patients with chronic hepatitis c were randomly divided into in-tervention group and control group,with 26 cases in the control group.The control group was only given discharge guidance,and the intervention group was given continuity nursing.The quality of life and treatment compliance were compared in two groups.Results The insomnia,hair loss, weight loss,skin erythema and induration,the incidence of depression and fatigue in the interven-tion group were lower than that in the control group,differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Medication on time,regular review,reasonable diet,quit smoking and drinking moderate exercise adherence in the intervention group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Continuity nursing measures in patients with hepatitis can significantly improve quality of life,improves the therapeu-tic compliance of patients.
