目的:系统评价雾化吸入抗生素治疗支气管扩张症的有效性及安全性。方法全面检索PubMed、Embase、Science Online、万方数据库,采用 RevMan4.3软件,对符合纳入标准的6篇文章进行 Meta 分析。结果以减少痰液菌落数的有效率为指标,雾化吸入抗生素治疗组与安慰剂组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.001)。以微生物清除率、呼吸道症状急性发作次数、改善肺功能的有效率为指标,治疗组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。1项研究以安全性为指标,全部受试者未发生不良事件。结论雾化吸入抗生素治疗稳定期支气管扩张症有一定程度的有效性。

목적:계통평개무화흡입항생소치료지기관확장증적유효성급안전성。방법전면검색PubMed、Embase、Science Online、만방수거고,채용 RevMan4.3연건,대부합납입표준적6편문장진행 Meta 분석。결과이감소담액균락수적유효솔위지표,무화흡입항생소치료조여안위제조비교차이유통계학의의(P <0.001)。이미생물청제솔、호흡도증상급성발작차수、개선폐공능적유효솔위지표,치료조여대조조비교차이무통계학의의。1항연구이안전성위지표,전부수시자미발생불량사건。결론무화흡입항생소치료은정기지기관확장증유일정정도적유효성。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness and safety of inhaled antibiotics for stable bronchiectasis. Methods A systematic search of PubMed,Embase,Science Online and Wanfang Data was performed. 6 papers which were accordance with the inclusive criteria were analyzed by RevMan4. 3 software. Results There was a significant difference in effective rate of reducing sputum colony number between the two groups(P < 0. 001). There were no significant difference in microbial clearance rate,acute attack times of respiratory symptoms and effec-tiveness of improve lung function between the two groups. No patient had adverse events after the drug treatment. Con-clusion The effectiveness of inhaled antibiotics treatment is confirmed at a certain extent.
