针对洲城油田已进入中高含水开发阶段,层间、层内矛盾进一步加剧等问题,结合试验区断层多、构造复杂等地质特点和见水状况,室内研究了适用于苏北中高渗油藏的“等压降梯度”逐级调驱工艺技术,确定了预交联体膨型颗粒堵剂和具有较好耐温抗盐性、注入性及封堵性能的聚合物冻胶堵剂体系。该技术已现场应用于K-11井,施工后吸水剖面得到改善,注水压力上升了4.5 MPa,对应油井K-14井日产油量由4.06 t增加到7.59 t,含水率下降9.48%,达到了深部调驱目的,控水稳油效果明显,为苏北工区老油田的注水开发提供了技术支撑。

Since Zhoucheng oilfield enters medium high water cut stage, the contradiction between intrabed and intraformation is aggravated. According to geological characteristics of multifaults and complicated structure, and combined with water breakthrough condition, displacement control technology of constant pressure drop gradient suitable to North Jiangsu medium to high permeabili?ty was researched indoor, thereby determining precrosslinking swell particle plugging agent and polymer gel plugging agent system of fine temperature and salt resistance, strong injectivity and plugging performance. After applying this technology to water well K-11, intake profile is improved and injection pressure is increased by 4.5 MPa. Daily oil production of its corresponding oil well K-14 increases from 4.06 t to 7.59 t and water content decreases 9.48 %. In this way, deep profile control is completed and the effect of oil production stabilization and water cut control is obvious. This technology provides technical support for the development of in?jection wells in North Jiangsu oilfield.
