紫癜性肾炎又名小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎（HSPN），简称紫癜性肾炎，其发病多与感染、过敏、免疫损伤等有关，是一种以坏死性小血管炎为基本病变的免疫性疾病，临床以皮肤紫癜、关节炎、出血性胃肠炎及肾脏损害为主要表现。在中医学中没有紫癜性肾炎的病名，但其临床表现可见“血证”“发斑”“葡萄疫”及“尿血”等。目前，中西医结合治疗本病取得了明显的临床效果。

Purpura nephritis also known as henoch schonlein purpura nephritis (HSPN).Its incidence is associated with infections, allergies, immune injury and so on. It is chartered with immune disease, which is based on the small necrotic vasculitis.The main performance is the skin purpura, arthritis, hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and kidney damage. There is no a exact name in TCM for HSPN, but the clinical manifestations can be scattered in the category of Xuezheng, Faban, Putaoyi and Niaoxue and so on. At present, the integrative medicine has achieved a significant clinical effect.
