目的：探讨针对感染性休克患者行中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法：将我院于2012年12月-2013年12月接收的感染性休克患者40例随机分为观察组与对照组各20例，对照组行常规西药治疗，观察组施加中医治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组平均住院时间、治疗费用明显高于观察组，28d病死率为20.0%，明显高于观察组的5.0%，不良反应发生率为30.0%，明显高于观察组的5.0%（P<0.05）。结论：感染性休克患者行中西医结合治疗的效果显著，值得推广。

목적：탐토침대감염성휴극환자행중서의결합치료적림상효과。방법：장아원우2012년12월-2013년12월접수적감염성휴극환자40례수궤분위관찰조여대조조각20례，대조조행상규서약치료，관찰조시가중의치료，대비량조환자적치료효과。결과：대조조평균주원시간、치료비용명현고우관찰조，28d병사솔위20.0%，명현고우관찰조적5.0%，불량반응발생솔위30.0%，명현고우관찰조적5.0%（P<0.05）。결론：감염성휴극환자행중서의결합치료적효과현저，치득추엄。
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on septic shock. Method: From December 2012 to December 2013, 40 cases of septic shock in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 20 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine; the observed group was given the TCM more. Efficacies in two groups were compared. Results: The average length of stay, cost of treatment in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group; 20.0% mortality of 28d was significantly higher than the 5.0% in the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions of 30.0% in the observation group was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effects of the integrative medicine on septic shock is remarkable, and worthy of promotion.
