目的：对穴位敷贴操作方法进行改进，以提升护理质量，提高患者对中医护理操作的满意度。方法：对穴位敷贴的药物剂型及敷贴材料进行改进，比较改进前后穴位敷贴的使用率、药物渗漏的发生率、局部皮肤过敏反应的发生率及患者对中医护理操作的满意度。结果：改进后穴位敷贴的使用率增加，药物渗漏的发生率及局部皮肤过敏反应的发生率降低，患者的满意度提高。结论：改进后的穴位敷贴方法能有效地提高穴位敷贴护理质量，提高患者对中医护理操作的满意度。
목적：대혈위부첩조작방법진행개진，이제승호리질량，제고환자대중의호리조작적만의도。방법：대혈위부첩적약물제형급부첩재료진행개진，비교개진전후혈위부첩적사용솔、약물삼루적발생솔、국부피부과민반응적발생솔급환자대중의호리조작적만의도。결과：개진후혈위부첩적사용솔증가，약물삼루적발생솔급국부피부과민반응적발생솔강저，환자적만의도제고。결론：개진후적혈위부첩방법능유효지제고혈위부첩호리질량，제고환자대중의호리조작적만의도。
Objective: According to improve acupoint application methods, enhanced the quality of care, and improved patient satisfaction with TCM nursing. Methods: Pharmaceutical dosage form and applicator material were improved. After the treatment, acupoint application usage, the incidence of drug leakage, the incidence of local skin allergic reactions, and patient satisfaction with TCM nursing were compared. Results: Acupoint application was increased. The incidence rate of drug leakage and local skin allergic reactions were reduced. Patient satisfaction was improved. Conclusion: The improved method could effectively improve the quality of nursing, and improve patient satisfaction with operations of TCM nursing.
