嵌顿痔是肛肠外科最常见的急症，也是痔最常见和最严重的并发症之一。临床表现为肛门肿物脱出，难以送回肛门，内伴肿胀、疼痛等症状。这类疾病常起病急、疼痛剧烈，使患者坐立难安，严重影响其工作及生活。若立即行手术治疗，则切口较大，手术难度大，术后易出现水肿和出血，恢复期较长。我科采用自拟中药熏洗液坐浴患处后，结合手术治疗嵌顿痔，疗效满意，现报告如下。
