本文从当前对实践教学的要求及食品保藏综合实验教学的现状出发，设计了一套以学生能力培养为主线、紧跟科技发展前沿又体现专业办学特色的教学体系。通过实践发现新教学体系有效地实现了学生实验兴趣、实践能力、创新能力及理论素质的提高。
本文從噹前對實踐教學的要求及食品保藏綜閤實驗教學的現狀齣髮，設計瞭一套以學生能力培養為主線、緊跟科技髮展前沿又體現專業辦學特色的教學體繫。通過實踐髮現新教學體繫有效地實現瞭學生實驗興趣、實踐能力、創新能力及理論素質的提高。
본문종당전대실천교학적요구급식품보장종합실험교학적현상출발，설계료일투이학생능력배양위주선、긴근과기발전전연우체현전업판학특색적교학체계。통과실천발현신교학체계유효지실현료학생실험흥취、실천능력、창신능력급이론소질적제고。
According to the time requirements on practice teaching and the current teaching status of food preservation comprehensive experiment,a new teaching system of Food Preservation Comprehensive Experiments was designed in this article. The new system was based on the main line of the cultivation of the students’ability. The practice contents are up-to-date the development of science and technology and reflect characteristic of the specialty culture. Students' interest,practice ability,innovation ability and the quality of theory were improved through the practice of the new teaching system.
