目的：调查东莞市石龙镇社区居民药学服务需求。方法：选择东莞市石龙镇8个药店作为调查点，发放调查问卷对1080名购药者进行调查。记录调查对象常见的错误用药行为，了解调查对象对药品知识的掌握情况及获取药品知识的途径，了解调查对象接受药店药学服务的情况，同时记录调查对象对药店药学服务的评价情况。结果：发放的1080份问卷收回有效问卷885份，有效问卷率为81.9%。调查对象存在诸多错误用药行为。调查对象对药品知识的掌握情况并不理想。调查对象对药店药学服务的评价也不高。结论：东莞市石龙镇社区居民的药学服务需求较大，但是目前药店提供的药学服务不足，导致居民存在诸多错误用药行为、对药品知识的掌握程度并不高，需要引起当地卫生部门的重视。

Objective:To investigate the needs of community pharmacy services in Shilong Town in Dongguan City. Method:Select 8 pharmacies in Shilong Town in Dongguan city as the investigation spots, send the questionnaire survey of 1080 consumers in the crowd.
