目的：构建公共场所卫生风险评价指标体系。方法采用德尔菲法专家咨询法，对公共场所卫生监督、环境卫生学领域13名专家进行两轮咨询，确定公共场所卫生风险评价指标及其权重。结果两轮咨询专家积极系数均为100%，平均权威程度为0.87，总指标的专家协调系数分别为0.192、0.35（ P<0.001）。最终确定针对公共场所卫生行政许可的卫生风险评价指标体系有10项指标，针对卫生监管风险评价的指标有9项。结论专家权威程度高、协调性好，应用德尔菲法构建的公共场所卫生风险评价指标体系结果可取。

Objective To construct the health risk assessment indicator system of public places.Method A two-stage electronically distributed Delphi consultation was held among 13 experts on health inspection of public places and sani?tary science,to determine the indicators and their wight.Result Both response rates for Delphi round were 100%,the aver?age authority degree of experts were 0.87,and the coordination coefficient of expert in the total indicators were 0.192,0.351 ( ρ<0. 001),respectively.The confirmed indicator system of health risk assessment of hygienic administrative licensing i?ncluded 10 indicators,and of health inspection included 9 indicators.Conclusion The authority degree and coordination of expert were good,and the health risk assessment indicator system of public places by Delphi was recommendable.
