目的：：观察团体治疗对高血压患者负性情绪的影响。方法：对原发性高血压患者68例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各34例。对照组患者实施一般性常规护理；观察组患者在对照组的基础上增加团体治疗；采用 SCL-90症状自评量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评定两组患者的负性情绪。结果：在 HAMA 及 HAMD 评分出院时观察组患者评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；在 SCL-90症状自评量表测评，观察组患者出院时各因子分均低于住院时，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的血压值、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在一般性常规护理基础上增加团体治疗，对改善原发性高血压患者负性情绪的效果优于单纯一般性常规护理效果。
목적：：관찰단체치료대고혈압환자부성정서적영향。방법：대원발성고혈압환자68례，수궤분위대조조화관찰조，매조각34례。대조조환자실시일반성상규호리；관찰조환자재대조조적기출상증가단체치료；채용 SCL-90증상자평량표、한밀이돈초필량표(HAMA)급한밀이돈억욱량표(HAMD)진행평정량조환자적부성정서。결과：재 HAMA 급 HAMD 평분출원시관찰조환자평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；재 SCL-90증상자평량표측평，관찰조환자출원시각인자분균저우주원시，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)；관찰조환자적혈압치、구체화、강박、인제관계、억욱、초필、정신병성인자분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론：재일반성상규호리기출상증가단체치료，대개선원발성고혈압환자부성정서적효과우우단순일반성상규호리효과。
Objective: To explore effect of group therapy on negative emotions of patients with hypertension. Methods: 68 pa-tients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into control group (n=34) and observation group (n=34). The control group was given routine nursing, while based on this, the observation group received group therapy additionally. The negative emotions were assessed by SCL-90, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD). Results: When leaving the hospi-tal, the HAMA and HAMD scores of observation group were lower than those of control group, and the difference had statistical signifi-cances (P<0. 05). For SCL-90, the each factor score of observation group when leaving the hospital was lower than that when at the hospital, and the difference had the statistical significance (P<0. 05); the scores of pressure value, somatization, force, interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, and psychotic factors of observation group were lower than those of control group, and the difference had the statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusions: Group therapy based on the routine nursing can relieve the negative emotions for the patients with primary hypertension to a certain extent than single routine nursing.
