目的：观察加减黄芪桂枝五物汤配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组运用加减黄芪桂枝五物汤配合放血拔罐治疗；对照组运用甲钴胺片、阿昔洛韦片、加巴喷丁胶囊口服，阿昔洛韦软膏局部外涂治疗。10d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程，观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：其中观察组的痊愈率为60.0%（18/30），优于对照组的33.3%（10/30），P<0.01；观察组的有效率为100.0%（30/30），亦优于对照组的86.7%（26/30），P<0.01；两组治疗后均较治疗前明显改善（均P<0.01）；观察组较对照组的改善程度更为明显（P<0.05）。结论：黄芪桂枝五物汤配合刺络拔罐治疗带状疱疹疗效优于单纯西医治疗。
목적：관찰가감황기계지오물탕배합자락발관치료대상포진적료효。방법：장60례환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조30례。치료조운용가감황기계지오물탕배합방혈발관치료；대조조운용갑고알편、아석락위편、가파분정효낭구복，아석락위연고국부외도치료。10d위1개료정，치료2개료정，관찰병비교량조환자적림상료효。결과：기중관찰조적전유솔위60.0%（18/30），우우대조조적33.3%（10/30），P<0.01；관찰조적유효솔위100.0%（30/30），역우우대조조적86.7%（26/30），P<0.01；량조치료후균교치료전명현개선（균P<0.01）；관찰조교대조조적개선정도경위명현（P<0.05）。결론：황기계지오물탕배합자락발관치료대상포진료효우우단순서의치료。
Objective: To observe effects of the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction plus pricking and cupping on herpes zoster. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases for each group. The treatment group was treated with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction plus pricking and cupping. The control group were treated with the Mecobalamin tablets, Aciclovir tablets, Gaba Martin capsules and Aciclovir ointment, 10 days as 1 courses, for 2 courses. Clinical effects in two groups were compared. Results: The efficacy in the observation group [60.0% (18/30)] was better than that in the control group [33.3% (10/30)],P<0.01; the efficiency in the observation group [100.0%(30/30)] was better than that in the control group [86.7% (26/30)],P<0.01. The observation group were significantly improved (P<0.05). Conclusion: Treating herpes zoster with the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction plus pricking and cupping was better.
