目的：探讨康复新液对白血病儿童化疗性口腔溃疡的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法：将我院2012年12月-2013年12月收治的60例白血病化疗性口腔溃疡患儿按照就诊顺序随机分为两组，每组各30例。其中治疗组采用康复新液治疗，对照组采用西瓜霜喷剂治疗，观察两组的临床疗效及口腔溃疡愈合和不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组的总有效率为93.3%，显著高于对照组的73.3%，且两组间的差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组患儿口腔溃疡的平均愈合时间为（8.5±2.4）d，较对照组的（5.6±1.7） d 显著减少，两组经比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应。结论：康复新液对白血病儿童化疗性口腔溃疡的疗效显著优于西瓜霜喷雾剂，能有效促进口腔溃疡愈合，具有较好的临床应用价值，值得进行大力推广。
목적：탐토강복신액대백혈병인동화료성구강궤양적림상료효급용약안전성。방법：장아원2012년12월-2013년12월수치적60례백혈병화료성구강궤양환인안조취진순서수궤분위량조，매조각30례。기중치료조채용강복신액치료，대조조채용서과상분제치료，관찰량조적림상료효급구강궤양유합화불량반응발생정황。결과：치료조적총유효솔위93.3%，현저고우대조조적73.3%，차량조간적차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료조환인구강궤양적평균유합시간위（8.5±2.4）d，교대조조적（5.6±1.7） d 현저감소，량조경비교，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）；량조치료기간균미출현명현적불량반응。결론：강복신액대백혈병인동화료성구강궤양적료효현저우우서과상분무제，능유효촉진구강궤양유합，구유교호적림상응용개치，치득진행대력추엄。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of the Kangfuxin liquid on oral ulcer. Methods: From December 2012 to December 2013, 60 cases of oral ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with the Kangfuxin liquid. Watermelon frost spray was used in the control group. Clinical curative effects and the oral cavity ulcer healing and adverse reactions in two groups were observed. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (73.3%), and difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The average healing time in the treatment group was (8.5±2.4) days. Compared with the control group (5.6±1.7) days, that was significantly reduced. The difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). During the treatment, there was no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion: The efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid on oral ulcer was significantly better than that of watermelon frost spray. The Kangfuxin liquid can promote the healing of oral ulcer effectively, have good clinical application value. It is worthy of promotion.
