目的：：了解门诊皮肤科处方超药品说明书用药情况。方法：随机抽取皮肤科门诊处方每月100张，共抽取1200张处方，含3247条用药记录。根据药品说明书内容，判断是否超说明书用药，并分析超说明书用药的类型。结果：其中超说明书用药处方208张，占17.33%；超说明书用药记录587条，占18.08%。超说明书用药类型中居前三位的是：超适应症(37.99%)、改变给药途径(26.58%)、超剂量(19.08%)。结论：门诊皮肤科处方中存在超药品说明书用药现象，应强化医疗机构的管理职能，规范医生执业行为，控制超药品说明书用药风险。
目的：：瞭解門診皮膚科處方超藥品說明書用藥情況。方法：隨機抽取皮膚科門診處方每月100張，共抽取1200張處方，含3247條用藥記錄。根據藥品說明書內容，判斷是否超說明書用藥，併分析超說明書用藥的類型。結果：其中超說明書用藥處方208張，佔17.33%；超說明書用藥記錄587條，佔18.08%。超說明書用藥類型中居前三位的是：超適應癥(37.99%)、改變給藥途徑(26.58%)、超劑量(19.08%)。結論：門診皮膚科處方中存在超藥品說明書用藥現象，應彊化醫療機構的管理職能，規範醫生執業行為，控製超藥品說明書用藥風險。
목적：：료해문진피부과처방초약품설명서용약정황。방법：수궤추취피부과문진처방매월100장，공추취1200장처방，함3247조용약기록。근거약품설명서내용，판단시부초설명서용약，병분석초설명서용약적류형。결과：기중초설명서용약처방208장，점17.33%；초설명서용약기록587조，점18.08%。초설명서용약류형중거전삼위적시：초괄응증(37.99%)、개변급약도경(26.58%)、초제량(19.08%)。결론：문진피부과처방중존재초약품설명서용약현상，응강화의료궤구적관리직능，규범의생집업행위，공제초약품설명서용약풍험。
Objective: To investigate off-label drug use in outpatient department of dermatology. Methods: A total of 1 200 prescriptions (100 prescriptions/ month) containing 3 247 drug-using records in outpatient department of dermatology were randomly selected. According to the relevant information based on drug instructions, the off-label drug uses were judged and the types of off-la-bel use were analyzed. Results: There were 208 (17. 33% ) off-label drug use prescriptions, involving 587 records (18. 08% ) of the off-label use. Among them, 37. 99% prescriptions were beyond of indications, 26. 58% were changes of the route of administration, and 19. 08% were overdose. Conclusions: The off - label drug use in the department of dermatology is very common. It should strengthen the function of medical institution management to control the risks of the off-label drug use.
