采用斐林法测定PET瓶装饮料瓶口饮料残留,研究了斐林法的检测精度和回收率。分别采用试管酒精灯加热和三角瓶电炉加热,比较方法的准确性。结果表明,斐林法手动滴定的最低检出限为0.125mg葡萄糖,回收率大于91.3%。试管酒精灯加热和三角电炉加热均可以达到较好的精密度和准确度。

Bottle beverage residues of PET bottled beverage were detected by Fehling method,and the method detection precision and recovery rate were studied as well. Besides,the accuracy of the comparative methods was studied, respectively using alcohol lamp heating and electric furnace heating. The results showed that the minimum detection limit of Fehling method was equivalent to 0.125 mg glucose,and recovery is more than 91.3%. At the same time, alcohol lamp heating and electric furnace heating can both achieved good precision and high accuracy.
