目的：观察中药内服联合隔药灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法：将62例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组（中药内服配合隔药灸治疗）31例和对照组（柳氮磺胺砒啶治疗）31例，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后治疗组肠镜下黏膜变化例数明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在治疗中，两组均未见明显毒副反应。结论：中药内服联合隔药灸治疗 UC，可明显改善症状，消除炎症，促进溃疡愈合，无副作用，能降低复发率，值得推广应用。
목적：관찰중약내복연합격약구치료궤양성결장염적림상료효。방법：장62례궤양성결장염환자수궤분위치료조（중약내복배합격약구치료）31례화대조조（류담광알비정치료）31례，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과：치료조적총유효솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；치료후치료조장경하점막변화례수명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；재치료중，량조균미견명현독부반응。결론：중약내복연합격약구치료 UC，가명현개선증상，소제염증，촉진궤양유합，무부작용，능강저복발솔，치득추엄응용。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine plus moxibustion on ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: 62 patients with UC were randomly divided into the treatment group (received TCM medicine plus moxibustion) for 31 cases and the control group (received sulphasalazine) for 31 cases. Clinical efficacy in two groups were compared. Results: The total efficiency in the treatment group was much better than that in the control group; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the treatment, the changes of mucosal number in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). During the treatment, there were no significant toxicity in two groups. Conclusion: TCM medicine plus moxibustion could significantly improve the symptoms in patients with UC, eliminate inflammation, promote ulcer healing, with less side effects and lower recurrence rate, is worthy of promotion.
