目的：探讨粉刺挤压术联合红蓝光照射治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效及护理要点。方法：对132例寻常性痤疮患者采用粉刺挤压术联合红蓝光照射治疗，并配合做好护理工作。结果：132例患者经4周治疗后，痊愈105例（79.55%），显效19例（14.39%），有效8例（6.06%），无效0例，总有效率为93.94%。结论：粉刺挤压术联合红蓝光照射是治疗寻常性痤疮的有效治疗方法，良好的护理措施能保证和提高联合治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。
목적：탐토분자제압술연합홍람광조사치료심상성좌창적료효급호리요점。방법：대132례심상성좌창환자채용분자제압술연합홍람광조사치료，병배합주호호리공작。결과：132례환자경4주치료후，전유105례（79.55%），현효19례（14.39%），유효8례（6.06%），무효0례，총유효솔위93.94%。결론：분자제압술연합홍람광조사시치료심상성좌창적유효치료방법，량호적호리조시능보증화제고연합치료심상성좌창적료효。
Objective To explore the curative effect of acne compression joint red blue light on acne vulgaris and nursing measures. Methods In 132 cases of acne vulgaris were treated by compression with red and blue light therapy,and cooperate with the nursing care. Results After the treatment,105 of <br> them got recovered(79.55% ),19 remarkably imporved(14.39% ),8 slighly improved(6.06% )and 0 ineffectively treated.The total effective rate was 93.94%. Conclusion Acne compression joint red blue light is effective for the treatment of acne vulgaris.Hight quality nursing can ensure and improve the efficiency of the acne compression joint red blue ligh.
