PFM crown%Porphyromonas gingivalis%Poly-merace Chain Reaction
目的:研究使用不同合金烤瓷冠修复后龈下菌斑中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的变化。方法:选择门诊患者行下颌第一磨牙全冠修复共60例,随机分入两组不同合金烤瓷冠组,分别在戴入前,戴入后1个月、3个月检查龈沟出血指数,并且采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应测定龈下菌斑中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的变化。结果:比较修复前,钯银合金组的龈沟出血指数在修复后1个月、3个月无明显升高(P>0.05);而钴铬合金组的龈沟出血指数在修复后1个月、3个月有较明显升高(P<0.05);与修复前比较,钯银合金组的牙龈卟啉单胞菌相对定量值在修复后1、3个月无明显增加(P>0.05);钴铬合金组在修复后1个月、3个月的牙龈卟啉单胞菌相对定量值有明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:两种合金材料的烤瓷冠修复后对患者牙龈有一定的影响;其中钴铬合金影响明显大于钯银合金。
目的:研究使用不同閤金烤瓷冠脩複後齦下菌斑中牙齦卟啉單胞菌的變化。方法:選擇門診患者行下頜第一磨牙全冠脩複共60例,隨機分入兩組不同閤金烤瓷冠組,分彆在戴入前,戴入後1箇月、3箇月檢查齦溝齣血指數,併且採用熒光定量聚閤酶鏈反應測定齦下菌斑中牙齦卟啉單胞菌的變化。結果:比較脩複前,鈀銀閤金組的齦溝齣血指數在脩複後1箇月、3箇月無明顯升高(P>0.05);而鈷鉻閤金組的齦溝齣血指數在脩複後1箇月、3箇月有較明顯升高(P<0.05);與脩複前比較,鈀銀閤金組的牙齦卟啉單胞菌相對定量值在脩複後1、3箇月無明顯增加(P>0.05);鈷鉻閤金組在脩複後1箇月、3箇月的牙齦卟啉單胞菌相對定量值有明顯增加(P<0.05)。結論:兩種閤金材料的烤瓷冠脩複後對患者牙齦有一定的影響;其中鈷鉻閤金影響明顯大于鈀銀閤金。
목적:연구사용불동합금고자관수복후간하균반중아간계람단포균적변화。방법:선택문진환자행하합제일마아전관수복공60례,수궤분입량조불동합금고자관조,분별재대입전,대입후1개월、3개월검사간구출혈지수,병차채용형광정량취합매련반응측정간하균반중아간계람단포균적변화。결과:비교수복전,파은합금조적간구출혈지수재수복후1개월、3개월무명현승고(P>0.05);이고락합금조적간구출혈지수재수복후1개월、3개월유교명현승고(P<0.05);여수복전비교,파은합금조적아간계람단포균상대정량치재수복후1、3개월무명현증가(P>0.05);고락합금조재수복후1개월、3개월적아간계람단포균상대정량치유명현증가(P<0.05)。결론:량충합금재료적고자관수복후대환자아간유일정적영향;기중고락합금영향명현대우파은합금。
Objective To investigate the variation of P.gingivalis influenced by different alloy porclain crown. Methods A total of 60 patients,need restoration treatment of mandibular first molar by PFM crown,they were all randomly chosen to participate in two groups-sliver-palladium alloy porclain group or cobalt-chromium alloy porclain group that each one is 30 petients.We used Polymerace Chain Reaction to have quantitative determination for P.gingivalis,and check up the SBI before and after restoration one and three months. Results Compared with those before restoration.The SBI of one and three months after restoration in the cobalt-chromium alloy porclain group is higher(P<0.05)while in the sliver-palladium alloy porclain group is not changed(P>0.05).Also the same results turn out in the quantities of P.gingivalis after Poly-merace Chain Reaction. Conclusion PFM crowns may have some effects on variation of P.gingivalis.The sliver-palladium alloy porclain is better than the cobalt-chromium alloy porclain.So the sliver-palladium alloy is an ideal substrate material of PFM crown.
