目的：探讨腋臭小切口位置的优缺点，以改善小切口治疗腋臭中切口愈合的条件。方法：对2008年3月-2014年3月间就医的53例腋臭患者，在腋部外侧非毛区选一小切口，腋臭空心刮匙刮除大汗腺，破坏其导管，手术后加压止血并预防性抗生素治疗。结果：53例效果均满意，切口愈合理想。1年内回访效果确切，肩部活动不受限。结论：采用远距离小切口明显降低感染机会，提高切口美观度，且治疗腋臭效果无影响，手术操作简单，值得基层医院推广。
목적：탐토액취소절구위치적우결점，이개선소절구치료액취중절구유합적조건。방법：대2008년3월-2014년3월간취의적53례액취환자，재액부외측비모구선일소절구，액취공심괄시괄제대한선，파배기도관，수술후가압지혈병예방성항생소치료。결과：53례효과균만의，절구유합이상。1년내회방효과학절，견부활동불수한。결론：채용원거리소절구명현강저감염궤회，제고절구미관도，차치료액취효과무영향，수술조작간단，치득기층의원추엄。
Objective To explored the advantages and disadvantages of the distant incisions for bromhidrosis surgery and the conditions to improve the wound healing. Methods From Mar. 2008 to Mar.2014,we had used this method in 53 patients.The small incision is on the outside of the ancillary hair.A hollow curette removed apocrine glands and destroyed sweat ducts.A external dressing and antibiotic prophylaxis were used to avoid hematoma formation and incision infection. Results 53 patients were revealed with satisfactory results.No complications were found in their interviewed.The movement of the shoulder was freely movable. Conclusion The use of the small distant incision for bromhidrosis surgery can significantly decrease the opportunity of infection,cure the bromhidrosis with little scars and simple surgery procedures.
