目的:探讨应用探究式学习模式对新毕业护士进行培训的效果。方法:将2013年新入职大专学历护士100名按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50名。观察组在规范化培训的基础上运用探究式学习模式进行培训,对照组应用常规的规范化培训,比较两组培训后对培训的满意度、情景个案分析考核结果、评判性思维测试结果,分析培训中存在的问题。结果:两组护士培训后对培训的满意度、情景个案分析考核、评判性思维测试方面,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用探究式学习模式可提高新护士对培训满意度,提升护士对患者入院评估、病情观察、健康宣教及护理查房等方面思考、解决问题的能力,并促进新毕业护士在工作中建立良好的评判性思维。

목적:탐토응용탐구식학습모식대신필업호사진행배훈적효과。방법:장2013년신입직대전학력호사100명안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조,매조50명。관찰조재규범화배훈적기출상운용탐구식학습모식진행배훈,대조조응용상규적규범화배훈,비교량조배훈후대배훈적만의도、정경개안분석고핵결과、평판성사유측시결과,분석배훈중존재적문제。결과:량조호사배훈후대배훈적만의도、정경개안분석고핵、평판성사유측시방면,관찰조균우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:응용탐구식학습모식가제고신호사대배훈만의도,제승호사대환자입원평고、병정관찰、건강선교급호리사방등방면사고、해결문제적능력,병촉진신필업호사재공작중건립량호적평판성사유。
Objective:To study the application effect of inquiry learning mode in the training of new graduate nurse.Method:100 nurses year new college degree in 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group,on the basis of the standardized training the observation group was given inquiry learning mode for training,the control group was given standardization conventional training,the training satisfaction,scene case analysis test results,the assessment results,the critical thinking analysis the problems existing in the training of two groups before and after training were compared.Result:After nurse training,training satisfaction,situation assessment of case analysis,critical thinking test, inquiry learning mode of the observation group were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of inquiry learning mode can improve the new nurses satisfaction for training,improve the nurse for patients admitted to hospital evaluation,observation and other aspects of health education and nursing ward round thinking,problem solving skills,and promote the new graduate nurse in the work to establish a good critical thinking.
