营田滩位于湘江濠河口至城陵矶河段,为洞庭湖区洪道,具有典型的河湖两相性,浅滩演变规律复杂。近年来本滩段的采砂活动日益增多,对河床的边界破坏很大,通航水流条件受到影响。在湘江2000 t 级航道建设一期工程中,需采取相应的整治措施,以提升航道等级,满足规划要求。针对营田滩河段的具体碍航特性,提出了相应的整治措施,采用平面二维水流数学模型,对整治效果进行了分析论证。结果表明:设计方案满足航道整治规划要求,右汊方案中洪水期航道水流条件不受上、下挖口入汇水流的影响,又有利于地方经济发展,建议右汊方案作为整治工程的推荐方案。

영전탄위우상강호하구지성릉기하단,위동정호구홍도,구유전형적하호량상성,천탄연변규률복잡。근년래본탄단적채사활동일익증다,대하상적변계파배흔대,통항수류조건수도영향。재상강2000 t 급항도건설일기공정중,수채취상응적정치조시,이제승항도등급,만족규화요구。침대영전탄하단적구체애항특성,제출료상응적정치조시,채용평면이유수류수학모형,대정치효과진행료분석론증。결과표명:설계방안만족항도정치규화요구,우차방안중홍수기항도수류조건불수상、하알구입회수류적영향,우유리우지방경제발전,건의우차방안작위정치공정적추천방안。
Yingtiantan is located at the segment between Haohekou and Chenglingji.It is a flood channel of Dongting Lake and has typical characteristics of rivers and lakes with complex shoal evolution.In recent years,ri-verbed has been damaged seriously by activities of sand excavation.Regulation actions are proposed in order to im-prove the channel level in the first-stage of Xiangjiang 2000t channel construction project.The effect of the pro-posed regulation actions are analysed by using 2-D mathematical flow model and the results indicated that the pro-posed two design schemes could both meet the design requirements.The right branch scheme is recommended be-cause the flow condition in the channel is not affected by the confluence of the upper and lower stream opening.It could also contribute to local economic development.
