目的:探究目前临床常见抗肿瘤药物的不良反应,分析原因及对策。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来发生抗肿瘤药物不良反应的患者128例的临床资料,对患者的主要表现进行分类统计,并进行原因分析,总结预防及处理措施。结果:在抗肿瘤药物引起的各种不良反应中,胃肠道症状所占比例最大,其余可见心血管系统症状、血液系统症状、肝肾损害及过敏反应、发热等。不同种类的抗肿瘤药物引起的不良反应有特异性,药物引起患者不良反应的几率和严重程度与给药方式有很大关系。结论:抗肿瘤药物普遍具有较高的不良反应发生率,临床用药过程中应根据患者的用药种类预测患者可能出现的不良反应,并严密监测患者各项症状,以期尽早发现并做处理,将不良反应对患者的伤害降到最低。
目的:探究目前臨床常見抗腫瘤藥物的不良反應,分析原因及對策。方法:迴顧性分析我院近年來髮生抗腫瘤藥物不良反應的患者128例的臨床資料,對患者的主要錶現進行分類統計,併進行原因分析,總結預防及處理措施。結果:在抗腫瘤藥物引起的各種不良反應中,胃腸道癥狀所佔比例最大,其餘可見心血管繫統癥狀、血液繫統癥狀、肝腎損害及過敏反應、髮熱等。不同種類的抗腫瘤藥物引起的不良反應有特異性,藥物引起患者不良反應的幾率和嚴重程度與給藥方式有很大關繫。結論:抗腫瘤藥物普遍具有較高的不良反應髮生率,臨床用藥過程中應根據患者的用藥種類預測患者可能齣現的不良反應,併嚴密鑑測患者各項癥狀,以期儘早髮現併做處理,將不良反應對患者的傷害降到最低。
목적:탐구목전림상상견항종류약물적불량반응,분석원인급대책。방법:회고성분석아원근년래발생항종류약물불량반응적환자128례적림상자료,대환자적주요표현진행분류통계,병진행원인분석,총결예방급처리조시。결과:재항종류약물인기적각충불량반응중,위장도증상소점비례최대,기여가견심혈관계통증상、혈액계통증상、간신손해급과민반응、발열등。불동충류적항종류약물인기적불량반응유특이성,약물인기환자불량반응적궤솔화엄중정도여급약방식유흔대관계。결론:항종류약물보편구유교고적불량반응발생솔,림상용약과정중응근거환자적용약충류예측환자가능출현적불량반응,병엄밀감측환자각항증상,이기진조발현병주처리,장불량반응대환자적상해강도최저。
Objective: To explore the clinical common adverse reaction of antitumor drugs, and analyze the causes and countermeasures. Methods: To review the clinical data of 128 patients with the analysis of the occurrence of adverse reactions of antitumor drugs in our hospital in recent years, on the statistics of the main clinical manifestations, and carries on the reason analysis, summed up the prevention and treatment measures. Results: in all kinds of adverse reactions caused by antitumor drugs, gastrointestinal symptoms accounted for the largest proportion, the rest of the cardiovascular system symptom, blood system, kidney and liver damage symptoms and allergic reactions, fever etc. The adverse reactions caused by different kinds of antitumor drugs with specific drugs cause adverse reactions in patients, the probability and severity of a great relationship with the mode of administration. Conclusion: the incidence of adverse reactions of antitumor drugs generally have higher, during the clinical treatment should be based on the patient's medication type prediction of adverse reactions may occur in patients with symptoms, and close monitoring of patients, in order to early detection and treatment, adverse reactions of patients to minimize the damage.
