目的:探讨中国汉族人群 BDNF 基因 C270T 多态性与精神分裂症易感性的关系。方法检索以精神分裂症组和对照组BDNF基因C270T位点多态性的优势比(OR)值为效应指标的相关文献,对符合入选标准的文献,应用Rev -M an 5.1软件对各研究结果进行异质性检验和效应值合并,并进行敏感性分析。结果共纳入6个病例对照研究。M eta分析发现,等位基因 T/C ( OR =2.74,95% CI =1.64~4.57,P <0.01),基因型TT/(CC+CT)( OR =2.21,95% CI =1.30~3.78, P<0.01),基因型CT/(CC+ TT)( OR =2.75,95% CI =1.44~5.27,P<0.01),基因型CC/(CT+TT)( OR =0.34,95% CI =0.20~0.58,P <0.01)。结论中国汉族人群BDNF基因C270T多态性与精神分裂症易感性存在相关性。

Objective To investigate the association between the polymorphism of C270T sites in BDNF gene and schizophrenia in Chinese Han population .Methods The inclusion criteria were based on searching and reviewing the literatures involved in BDNF C270T polymorphism and schizophrenia and calculating the pooled OR .We studied the heterogeneity and the publication sensitivity with Rev -Man 5 .1 software in the literatures eligible .Results Six case-control studies were included .The results of meta-analyses showed there was significant difference between T allele and C allele (OR = 2 .74 , 95% CI =1 .64-4 .57 ,P< 0 .01) ,genotype TT/(CC+CT) (OR =2 .21 ,95% CI =1 .30-3 .78 ,P<0 .01) ,genotype CT/(CC+ TT) (OR = 2 .75 ,95% CI = 1 .44 -5 .27 ,P < 0 .01) ,and genotype CC/(CT+ TT) (OR =0 .34 ,95% CI =0 .20 -0 .58 ,P < 0 .01) .Conclusions BDNF gene polymorphism C270T site may be associated with susceptibility of schizophrenia in Chinese Han population .
