[目的]综述甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的研究进展。[方法]通过检索近20年来国内外对甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的相关文献，从中医病名、病因病机、治法等文献研究及药理学、作用机制、临床等现代研究进行总结。[结果]甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡最早可见于《金匮要略》，可能与改善淋巴细胞亚群失衡、降低血清中NO及NOS浓度、调节机体免疫机能等方面有关；众多医家在临床上使用甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡取得良好的临床疗效，甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有标本兼治的作用。[结论]甘草泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡的研究应深入开展临床疗效评价与作用机制研究，提高疗效，为广大患者所接受，值得临床推广。
[목적]종술감초사심탕치료복발성구강궤양적연구진전。[방법]통과검색근20년래국내외대감초사심탕치료복발성구강궤양적상관문헌，종중의병명、병인병궤、치법등문헌연구급약이학、작용궤제、림상등현대연구진행총결。[결과]감초사심탕치료복발성구강궤양최조가견우《금궤요략》，가능여개선림파세포아군실형、강저혈청중NO급NOS농도、조절궤체면역궤능등방면유관；음다의가재림상상사용감초사심탕치료복발성구강궤양취득량호적림상료효，감초사심탕치료복발성구강궤양구유표본겸치적작용。[결론]감초사심탕치료복발성구강궤양적연구응심입개전림상료효평개여작용궤제연구，제고료효，위엄대환자소접수，치득림상추엄。
Objective] To research progress on review of Liquorice Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. [Methods] Search through recent 20 years at home and abroad of Liquorice Xiexin Decoction in treating recurrent oral ulcer related literature for analysis, from the TCM disease name, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and other literature research and pharmacology, mechanism of action, clinical and other modern research to review. [Results] This study shows that Liquorice Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer first seen in”Golden Chamber”, may be related to improving lymphocyte subsets imbalance, reducing serum concentrations of NO and NOS, regulating immune function and other aspects. Many physicians in clinical use of Liquorice Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer have good clinical effect, Liquorice Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer has achieved good treatment effect. [Conclusion] Clinical study on Liquorice Xie Xin Decoction in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer should be in-depth research on evaluation of clinical efficacy and mechanism of action, to improve the efficacy of clinical curative effect, for the majority of patients accepted, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
