目的：研究未成年犯人格特征与犯罪个性心理间的关系。方法60名金坛市未成年犯测试明尼苏达多相人格调查问卷（MMPI）、中国罪犯心理评估个性分测验（COPA －PI），分别对其人格特征、犯罪个性心理进行评定。结果结果：（1）与全国常模相比，金坛市未成年犯MMPI的疑病、抑郁、癔症、病态人格、偏执、精神衰弱、精神分裂、轻躁狂因子分均显著增高（P ＜0．01）；COPA －PI各因子分与全国未成年犯常模比较，仅戒备因子较低（P＜0．05）。（2）MMPI的抑郁因子与COPA －PI的从属、冲动、暴力倾向、变态心理、犯罪思维因子呈负相关（P ＜0．05）；癔症因子与从属、冲动、变态心理、犯罪思维呈负相关（P＜0．05）；病态人格因子与同情因子呈负相关（P＜0．05）；精神分裂因子与暴力倾向因子呈正相关（P＜0．05）；轻躁狂因子与冲动、戒备、暴力倾向、变态心理、犯罪思维因子呈正相关（P ＜0．05），与自卑因子呈负相关（P ＜0．05）；社会内向因子与外倾因子呈负相关（P ＜0．01）。（3）MMPI的轻躁狂因子对COPA －PI的戒备、变态心理因子有正向预测作用（ P ＜0．05）、对自卑因子有负向预测作用（P ＜0．05）；病态人格因子对冲动、暴力因子有正向预测作用（P ＜0．05），对同情因子有反向预测作用（P ＜0．05）；精神衰弱、疑病因子分别对暴力、从属因子有正向预测作用（ P ＜0.05），社会内向、癔症因子分别对外倾、从属因子有反向预测作用（ P ＜0．01）。结论未成年犯存在一定的人格偏移，并与多种犯罪个性心理的形成可能有关。
목적：연구미성년범인격특정여범죄개성심리간적관계。방법60명금단시미성년범측시명니소체다상인격조사문권（MMPI）、중국죄범심리평고개성분측험（COPA －PI），분별대기인격특정、범죄개성심리진행평정。결과결과：（1）여전국상모상비，금단시미성년범MMPI적의병、억욱、억증、병태인격、편집、정신쇠약、정신분렬、경조광인자분균현저증고（P ＜0．01）；COPA －PI각인자분여전국미성년범상모비교，부계비인자교저（P＜0．05）。（2）MMPI적억욱인자여COPA －PI적종속、충동、폭력경향、변태심리、범죄사유인자정부상관（P ＜0．05）；억증인자여종속、충동、변태심리、범죄사유정부상관（P＜0．05）；병태인격인자여동정인자정부상관（P＜0．05）；정신분렬인자여폭력경향인자정정상관（P＜0．05）；경조광인자여충동、계비、폭력경향、변태심리、범죄사유인자정정상관（P ＜0．05），여자비인자정부상관（P ＜0．05）；사회내향인자여외경인자정부상관（P ＜0．01）。（3）MMPI적경조광인자대COPA －PI적계비、변태심리인자유정향예측작용（ P ＜0．05）、대자비인자유부향예측작용（P ＜0．05）；병태인격인자대충동、폭력인자유정향예측작용（P ＜0．05），대동정인자유반향예측작용（P ＜0．05）；정신쇠약、의병인자분별대폭력、종속인자유정향예측작용（ P ＜0.05），사회내향、억증인자분별대외경、종속인자유반향예측작용（ P ＜0．01）。결론미성년범존재일정적인격편이，병여다충범죄개성심리적형성가능유관。
Objective To explore the correlation between personality and individual criminal char‐acteristics in juvenile criminals .Methods Totally 60 juvenile criminals in Jintan City were selected and assessed by Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory questionnaire (MMPI) and Chinese Offender Psychological Assessment-Personality Inventory (COPA -PI) ,respectively assessing their personality characteristics and individual psychological crime .Results (1)Compared with the national norm ,the M M PI scores of hypochondria ,depression ,hysteria ,psychopathic personality ,paranoia ,psychastheni‐a ,schizophrenia ,hypomania were significantly higher (P < 0 .01) and each factor of COPA -PI ,only alert factor was lower (P< 0 .05) .(2)The MMPI depression factor was negatively related with subordi‐nation ,impulsion ,violence ,abnormal psychology and criminal thinking factor of COPA -PI (P <0.05);The MMPI hysteria scores were negative correlation with subordination ,impulsion ,anomalism , and criminal thinking score of COPA -PI (P< 0 .05) .Morbid personality factor and compassion factor was negatively correlated (P< 0 .05);Schizophrenia factor and violence factor was positively correlated (P <0 .05);Hypomania factor and impulsion ,awareness ,violence ,psychopathology and criminal thinking factor was positively correlated (P < 0 .05) ,and negatively related with low self -esteem (P < 0 .05);The social introversion factor of MMPI was negatively related with extraversion factor of COPA -PI (P < 0 .01) .(3)MMPI's hypomania factor had positive effect on alert ,psychopathology of COPA -PI (P< 0 .05) ,on low self -esteem factor had a negative prediction (P< 0 .05);Morbid personality fac‐tor had a positive effect on impulse and violence factor (P < 0 .05) ,on the sympathy factor had a back‐ward prediction (P < 0 .05);Psychasthenia ,hypochondriacal factor had positive effect on violence and subordinate factors (P< 0 .05) ,social introversion ,hysteria factor had backward prediction on extrover‐sion and subordinate factor (P< 0 .01) .Conclusions Juvenile delinquents has certain personality devia‐tion ,and may be related with the form of some criminal personality psychology .
