目的：观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效观察。方法：将2013年6月-2014年6月在我院进行住院治疗的100例脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组在常规脑卒中治疗基础上加用黛力新，早、中午口服，治疗组在对照组基础上加用舒肝解郁胶囊0.72g/次，口服，2次/d，分别在治疗前、治疗1周、2周后评判疗效。结果：治疗2周后治疗组抑郁症状及神经功能好转程度明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论：舒肝解郁胶囊联合黛力新治疗脑卒中后抑郁症有确切的疗效，且能通过改善患者精神状况间接促进神经功能恢复，两者联合应用，疗效明显优于单用黛力新。
목적：관찰서간해욱효낭연합대력신치료뇌졸중후억욱증적료효관찰。방법：장2013년6월-2014년6월재아원진행주원치료적100례뇌졸중후억욱증환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，대조조재상규뇌졸중치료기출상가용대력신，조、중오구복，치료조재대조조기출상가용서간해욱효낭0.72g/차，구복，2차/d，분별재치료전、치료1주、2주후평판료효。결과：치료2주후치료조억욱증상급신경공능호전정도명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의。결론：서간해욱효낭연합대력신치료뇌졸중후억욱증유학절적료효，차능통과개선환자정신상황간접촉진신경공능회복，량자연합응용，료효명현우우단용대력신。
Objective: To observe the effects of the Shugan Jieyu capsules plus Deanxit on post stroke depression. Methods: From June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital, 100 cases of stroke depression were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The control group were treated by conventional stroke therapy plus Deanxit, 1 tablet in the morning, noon oral. The treatment group were treated with the Shugan Jieyu capsules, 0.72g oral, 2 times one day. Results: In 2 weeks, the symptoms of depression and neurological function in the treatment group were significantly better, with statistically significant difference. Conclusion: The Shugan Jieyu capsules plus Deanxit can receive good efficacy, and improve the patient’s mental status by indirectly promote the recovery of neurological function.
