目的：：观察鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的效果。方法：回顾性分析鼻内镜手术治疗72例慢性鼻窦炎患者的临床资料，其中慢性鼻窦炎37例，慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉35例。结果：37例慢性鼻窦炎患者及35例慢性鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者经手术治疗后随访1年的总有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；72例患者的总有效率达到了94.44%(68/72)。结论：鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的疗效明显。
목적：：관찰비내경수술치료만성비두염비식육환자적효과。방법：회고성분석비내경수술치료72례만성비두염환자적림상자료，기중만성비두염37례，만성비두염합병비식육35례。결과：37례만성비두염환자급35례만성비두염합병비식육환자경수술치료후수방1년적총유효솔상비차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；72례환자적총유효솔체도료94.44%(68/72)。결론：비내경수술치료만성비두염비식육환자적료효명현。
Objective: To observe effects of nasal endoscopic operation in treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 72 patients with chronic sinusitis suffered from the nasal endoscopic operations was done. Results: The total effective rate reached to 94. 44% (68 / 72). Conclusions: The nasal endoscopic operation in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps has an obvious effect.
