目的：评价补肾中药联合克罗米芬( CC)治疗多囊卵巢综合征( PCOS)的临床效果。方法检索近年相关期刊,纳入随机对照试验,使用RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入22篇文献,1763例患者,试验组952例,对照组811例。结果显示：相较于单纯CC治疗,CC联合中药治疗：缓解率提高；排卵率提高；妊娠率提高；LUFS发生率降低,以上结果差异均有显著性。结论补肾中药联合CC治疗PCOS的临床效果高于单纯CC治疗PCOS的临床效果,其缓解率、排卵率、妊娠率均有提高,并可降低未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征的发生率。但补肾中药治疗PCOS的机制尚未完全明确,有待进一步研究。
目的：評價補腎中藥聯閤剋囉米芬( CC)治療多囊卵巢綜閤徵( PCOS)的臨床效果。方法檢索近年相關期刊,納入隨機對照試驗,使用RevMan 5.2軟件進行Meta分析。結果納入22篇文獻,1763例患者,試驗組952例,對照組811例。結果顯示：相較于單純CC治療,CC聯閤中藥治療：緩解率提高；排卵率提高；妊娠率提高；LUFS髮生率降低,以上結果差異均有顯著性。結論補腎中藥聯閤CC治療PCOS的臨床效果高于單純CC治療PCOS的臨床效果,其緩解率、排卵率、妊娠率均有提高,併可降低未破裂卵泡黃素化綜閤徵的髮生率。但補腎中藥治療PCOS的機製尚未完全明確,有待進一步研究。
목적：평개보신중약연합극라미분( CC)치료다낭란소종합정( PCOS)적림상효과。방법검색근년상관기간,납입수궤대조시험,사용RevMan 5.2연건진행Meta분석。결과납입22편문헌,1763례환자,시험조952례,대조조811례。결과현시：상교우단순CC치료,CC연합중약치료：완해솔제고；배란솔제고；임신솔제고；LUFS발생솔강저,이상결과차이균유현저성。결론보신중약연합CC치료PCOS적림상효과고우단순CC치료PCOS적림상효과,기완해솔、배란솔、임신솔균유제고,병가강저미파렬란포황소화종합정적발생솔。단보신중약치료PCOS적궤제상미완전명학,유대진일보연구。
Objective This analysis is to evaluate the clinical effects of tonifying-kidney herbs combined with Clomi-phene Citrate (CC) in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) via Meta-analysis. Method Via searching Cochrane, Pubmed, CNKI, VIP and Wan-Fang databases for the randomized controlled trials ( RCTs) about tonify-ing-kidney herbs combined with CC in treatment of PCOS between 2000 and 2013. According the latest evaluation standards of Cochrane Handbook, in this Meta-analysis, the RevMan 5. 2 software for Meta-analysis was used. Re-sult 22 studies involving 1763 patients met the inclusion criteria, including 952 patients in experimental ( Tonifying-kidney Herbs combined with CC treatment) group, 811 patients in control ( CC) group. The results of Meta-analy-sis showed as follows:The remission rate of experimental group obviously increased [OR=5. 32, 95%CI(3. 82, 7. 41), P<0. 000 01];The ovulation rate of experimental group increased [OR=2. 18, 95%CI(1. 63, 2. 92), P<0. 000 01];The pregnancy rate of experimental group obviously increased [OR=3. 44, 95%CI(2. 66, 4. 43), P<0. 000 01];The rate of Luteinized Unruptured Follicle Syndrome (LUFS) in experimental group obviously decreased [OR=0. 19, 95%CI(0. 08,0. 46), P=0. 0003]. Conclusion Tonifying-kidney herbs combined with CC in treat-ment of PCOS can improve the rate of remission, ovulation and pregnancy, and also decrease the incidence rate of LUFS. As the mechanism of Tonifying-kidney herbs combined with CC in treatment of PCOS is not completely clear, the results still need to be verified by more clinical experiments in order to provide scientific basis for Chinese-West-ern combination therapy in treatments of PCOS.
