目的：通过健康人群麻疹IgG抗体水平调查，了解宣威市麻疹控制工作水平，评价宣威市人群麻疹免疫状况和效果。方法采集辖区内各年龄组健康人群末梢血，采用ELISA方法检测麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果3年共检测血清1309份，抗体阳性1086人，抗体阳性率为82.96％。2009～2011年抗体阳性率分别为76.67％、85.55％和86.96％；3年间各年度麻疹IgG抗体阳性率比较，差异有统计学意义（x2=188.7， P＜0.05）。结论宣威市健康人群麻疹抗体水平不高，应加强常规免疫服务，并开展麻疹强化免疫，确保高免疫覆盖率和免疫成功率。
목적：통과건강인군마진IgG항체수평조사，료해선위시마진공제공작수평，평개선위시인군마진면역상황화효과。방법채집할구내각년령조건강인군말소혈，채용ELISA방법검측마진IgG항체수평。결과3년공검측혈청1309빈，항체양성1086인，항체양성솔위82.96％。2009～2011년항체양성솔분별위76.67％、85.55％화86.96％；3년간각년도마진IgG항체양성솔비교，차이유통계학의의（x2=188.7， P＜0.05）。결론선위시건강인군마진항체수평불고，응가강상규면역복무，병개전마진강화면역，학보고면역복개솔화면역성공솔。
Objective To understand the measles control level and evaluate the immunization status and effects in Xuanwei by investigation the measles lgG antibody levels in healthy people.Methods Intravenous blood were taken from healthy people in all age groups and tested for measles IgG antibody by ELISA.Results There were 1309 serum samples detected from 2009 to 2011, 1086 antibody positive accounting for 82.96%.The measles IgG antibody positive rates were 76.67%, 85.55%, 86.96% in each year, and there were significant differences(x2=188.7, P<0.05).Conclusion The measles IgG antibody level were not very high in Xuanwei.Routine immunization services and measles supplementary immunization should be strengthened and carried out to ensure the high immunization coverage rate and immune successful rate.
