Digital Literacy%Foreign Language Teaching%Innovative Practices
随着数字化信息技术的迅速发展,数字素养成为新时代必备的关键能力已经形成广泛共识。通过大量文献分析,欧盟总结出包括信息域、交流域、内容创建域、安全意识域和问题解决域,并通过知识、技能和态度三维度构成的数字素养框架,提炼出欧盟对数字素养的概念界定。欧盟委员会认为公民的外语能力和数字素养同等重要,因为外语能力是欧洲公民能够自由流动、学习和工作的保证。该文介绍了由8个维度和28个重要参数构成的欧洲创新课堂教学实践的理论框架,并运用此理论框架对欧洲创新外语教学实践进行了案例分析,阐明了数字化技术在革新外语“教”与“学”实践创新之外,还有助于培养与他人进行交流合作,参与在线互动,提高跨文化交际能力,培养合作精神、创业精神和创新能力的综合素质。欧洲通过提高数字素养创新外语教学实践,提升欧洲公民的整体素质和提高国际竞争力的实践典范,为我国培养复合型外语人才和增强国际竞争力提供启示和借鉴。

With fast development of digital information and communication technology, it’s taken for granted that digital literacy has become the core competency of the new era. From a big amount of literature analysis, it’s concluded that the Digital Literacy Framework is composed of Information Area, Communication Area, Content Creation Area, Safety Area and Problem Solving Area and dimensions of Knowledge, Skill and Attitudes. In addition, European Commission thinks that language skill is as important as Digital Literacy. Because language skills can ensure that European citizens can study, work freely within EU. The paper illustrates innovative pedagogical practices framework of EU’s Up-scaling Creative Classroom Project, which consist of 8 dimensions and 28 key reference parameters. Further the framework is used to make analysis of EU’s innovative Practices of Foreign Language Teaching. It’s proved that digital technology plays a positive role in fostering collaboration, interactive participation, cross-culture communication, entrepreneurship and creativity besides innovating teaching and learning towards pedagogical change. The paper provides some advice on the improving the education and training for foreign language talents and enhancing international competitiveness of China via Europe’s practice of enhancing international competitiveness and core competencies by improving European citizens’ Digital Literacy.
