生物统计学是生命科学课程体系的重要课程,承担着培养学生数据分析能力的任务。实际课程教学强调基本统计分析技巧,忽视了对学生统计思维的培养。生物统计学课程中的统计思想包括或然性思想、小概率原理、大概率原理和信息最大化原理,在教学中从统计思想教学、模型思维训练及软件工具应用等3个方面培养学生的统计思想。

Biostatistics is an important part of the biological course system, undertaking the main responsibility to develop students' data analysis capabilities. Currently teaching activities focus on narrating basic statistical analysis techniques, meanwhile there is a certain neglect of the training of students' statistical thinking. Therefore, this article will attempt to discuss a few specif-ic methods to improve the situation. First, the authors summarize the teaching points of statistical thinking in the biostatistics course, including probabilistic law, small probability theory, large probability theory, and information maximization principle. On this basis, combining with the authors′teaching practice, several specific ways, such as theoretical teaching, model thinking and software using, are also discussed to help the students mastering statistical thinking skills. These ideas can provide some references for relevant teaching design.
