目的:通过建立Balb/c小鼠光老化动物模型,探讨灯盏花素抗皮肤光老化作用机制,为光老化的防治及护肤品的研发提供理论依据。方法 Balb/c小鼠随机分为7组,模拟日光中UV( UVA+UVB)长期照射,建立光老化动物模型,经9周UV照射及外搽受试品后,检测各组小鼠受试部位经皮水分丢失量( TEWL)、基质金属蛋白酶1( MMP-1)的表达及细胞因子白介素1α( IL-1α)和细胞因子白介素6( IL-6)的含量。结果模型组小鼠检测的TEWL值、MMP-1表达及IL-1α、IL-6含量均明显升高( P<0.05);F组、G组小鼠检测的TEWL值、MMP-1表达及IL-1α、IL-6含量均明显降低( P<0.05);其中F组作用更明显。结论外用灯盏花素可有助于修复Balb/c小鼠光老化模型的皮肤屏障功能,下调炎症细胞因子分泌水平,抑制MMP-1表达,具有抗光老化作用。

Objective To investigate the mechanism of anti-photoaging of Breviscapine to provides a theoretical basis for prevention of photoaging and development of skin care product.Methods Healthy Balb/c mice were divided into 7 groups randomly and irradiated by ultraviolet irradiation ( UVA and UVB) to simulate skin photoageing.After <br> nine weeks of ultraviolet irradiation and topical application of breviscapin, The value of transepidermal water loss ( TEWL) was measured, and the serum level of MMP-1, IL-1α, IL-6 in different experimental group were detec-ted.Results The TEWL value and the expression of MMP-1, IL-1αand IL-6 were significantly increased ( P<0. 05) in the blank group.The TEWL value and the expression of MMP-1, IL-1αand IL-6 were significantly de-creased in group F and group G ( P<0.05) .Conclusion Topical application of Breviscapine have an important effect on anti-photoaging, repairing of skin barrier function, which result from decreased expression of MMP-1.
