在理想折叠单元(super-folding element,SFE)的基础上建立了焊接单元,分析了帽形梁在压溃变形中出现焊点撕裂、焊边内陷等失效现象的原因。提出了针对性的改善方法,并通过试验验证了各参数变化对纵梁吸能特性的影响。结果表明:通过增加截面 SFE 数目、增加焊接边长度、改变焊接边相邻两边的角度等措施能有效改善帽形梁的失效现象,提高薄壁梁的吸能水平。
在理想摺疊單元(super-folding element,SFE)的基礎上建立瞭銲接單元,分析瞭帽形樑在壓潰變形中齣現銲點撕裂、銲邊內陷等失效現象的原因。提齣瞭針對性的改善方法,併通過試驗驗證瞭各參數變化對縱樑吸能特性的影響。結果錶明:通過增加截麵 SFE 數目、增加銲接邊長度、改變銲接邊相鄰兩邊的角度等措施能有效改善帽形樑的失效現象,提高薄壁樑的吸能水平。

A WSFE was introduced herein on the basis of traditional super-folding element (SFE), which was used to analyze the crushing failure,such as tearing of welds and unprogressive crushing of the flange for hat-sections beams.Strategies were proposed to avoid the failures above,and experi-ments were carried out to verify the effectiveness.The results of the experiments indicate that the crushing failure of welded hat-sections can be eliminated by increasing SFE on the sections,increasing the flange width,adjusting the angles adjacent to the flange,the energy absorption capability can be improved as well.
