目的：：探讨动机性访谈对神经外科术后偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼依从性的干预效果，为偏瘫患者康复护理提供参考依据。方法：采用随机对照研究方法，术后100例偏瘫患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。干预组给予动机性访谈干预；对照组采用常规健康教育方法。干预前及干预后分别评估2组患者的肢体功能锻炼依从性、运动功能和日常生活活动情况。结果：2组患者干预前肢体功能锻炼在依从性、运动功能和生活质量方面评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，干预组干预后患者肢体功能锻炼依从性、运动功能和生活质量评分均较对照组提高(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论：动机性访谈干预可提高偏瘫患者肢体功能锻炼的依从性。

목적：：탐토동궤성방담대신경외과술후편탄환자지체공능단련의종성적간예효과，위편탄환자강복호리제공삼고의거。방법：채용수궤대조연구방법，술후100례편탄환자수궤분위간예조화대조조각50례。간예조급여동궤성방담간예；대조조채용상규건강교육방법。간예전급간예후분별평고2조환자적지체공능단련의종성、운동공능화일상생활활동정황。결과：2조환자간예전지체공능단련재의종성、운동공능화생활질량방면평분차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)，간예조간예후환자지체공능단련의종성、운동공능화생활질량평분균교대조조제고(P<0.05~P<0.01)。결론：동궤성방담간예가제고편탄환자지체공능단련적의종성。
Objective:To explore the effects of motivational interviewing on the compliance of limb function exercise in hemiplegia patients after neurosurgery surgery for providing the reference in the rehabilitation nursing. Methods:One hundred hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group by a randomized controlled study ( 50 cases each group ) . The intervention group and control group were treated with motivational interviewing and routine health education, respectively. The compliance of limb function exercise, activity function and daily living situation in two groups were evaluated before and after intervention. Results:The differences of the compliance of limb function exercise,activity function and daily living situation between two groups before intervention were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). Compared with the control group,the compliance of limb function exercise,activity function and daily living situation in intervention group improved significantly after intervention ( P <0. 05 to P <0. 01). Conclusions:The motivational interviewing intervention can improve the compliance of the limb function exercise in patients with hemiplegia.
