目的：探讨髋关节疾病患者进行人工股骨头置换术治疗在围术期的护理措施及效果。方法选取58例髋关节疾病行人工股骨头置换术患者为观察组，于术前术后给予患者综合护理干预措施、适应性训练和康复功能锻炼。另取30例同期髋关节疾病行人工股骨头置换术患者为对照，于术前术后围手术期给予常规护理，比较两组的出院时间、感染及下肢静脉血栓等并发症情况。结果观察组出院时间短，无患者发生感染和下肢静脉血栓等并发症；对照组出院时间长，4例发生感染，2例发生下肢静脉血栓。两组疗效和并发症比较差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论围术期护理对髋关节疾病行人工股骨头置换术患者具有明显的促进恢复作用，并可有效保证手术的成功、减少手术并发症，提高患者的生活质量。
목적：탐토관관절질병환자진행인공고골두치환술치료재위술기적호리조시급효과。방법선취58례관관절질병행인공고골두치환술환자위관찰조，우술전술후급여환자종합호리간예조시、괄응성훈련화강복공능단련。령취30례동기관관절질병행인공고골두치환술환자위대조，우술전술후위수술기급여상규호리，비교량조적출원시간、감염급하지정맥혈전등병발증정황。결과관찰조출원시간단，무환자발생감염화하지정맥혈전등병발증；대조조출원시간장，4례발생감염，2례발생하지정맥혈전。량조료효화병발증비교차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）。결론위술기호리대관관절질병행인공고골두치환술환자구유명현적촉진회복작용，병가유효보증수술적성공、감소수술병발증，제고환자적생활질량。
Objective To explore the effect of artificial femoral head replacement on hip joint disease and the nursing measures in perioperative period .Methods 58 cases of hip joint disease in the observation group received artificial femoral head replacement ,the preoperative and postoperative comprehensive nursing in‐tervention and adaptive training and rehabilitation training .Another 30 cases of hip joint disease in the control group received artificial femoral head replacement ,the routine perioperative care .The time of dis‐charge and the complications of infection and lower limb vein thrombosis were compared between the two groups .Results In the observation group ,the hospitalization time was short and no patients had complica‐tions of infection and lower limb vein thrombosis .In the control group ,The hospitalization time was long , infection occurred in 4 cases and lower limb vein thrombosis occurred in 2 cases .The difference between the two groups were statistically significant ( P < 0 .05) .Conclusion Perioperative nursing can effectively promote the recovery of patients with hip joint disease treated with artificial femoral head replacement ,can reduce complications ,and can improve patients’ quality o f lif e .
