目的：总结运用T ri Vex系统行微创旋切术联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗老年人下肢静脉曲张的效果。方法应用T riVex微创旋切术联合大隐静脉高位结扎治疗老年人下肢静脉曲张120例（160条肢体），分析临床资料。结果 TriVex 手术时间平均每条肢体手术时间25．0min（12～51min），所有患者术后曲张静脉、下肢酸痛、色素沉着及皮肤溃疡消失。平均随访13．2个月（1‐22个月）无复发，小腿无明显癍痕。平均住院时间8．4d（2‐12d）。结论 Tri Vex系统微创旋切术联合大隐静脉高位结扎术具有创伤小、恢复快、安全有效、美观、手术时间短、住院周期短的优点，尤其适合老年患者。
목적：총결운용T ri Vex계통행미창선절술연합대은정맥고위결찰치료노년인하지정맥곡장적효과。방법응용T riVex미창선절술연합대은정맥고위결찰치료노년인하지정맥곡장120례（160조지체），분석림상자료。결과 TriVex 수술시간평균매조지체수술시간25．0min（12～51min），소유환자술후곡장정맥、하지산통、색소침착급피부궤양소실。평균수방13．2개월（1‐22개월）무복발，소퇴무명현반흔。평균주원시간8．4d（2‐12d）。결론 Tri Vex계통미창선절술연합대은정맥고위결찰술구유창상소、회복쾌、안전유효、미관、수술시간단、주원주기단적우점，우기괄합노년환자。
Objective Objective To summarize the effect of Tri Vex minimally invasive rotary excision combined with high ligation of great saphenous vein in the treatment of elderly people with vari‐cose vein of lower limb .Methods Tri Vex minimally invasive rotary excision and high ligation of great sa‐phenous vein were adopted to treat 120 old people with varicose veins (160 limbs) ,clinical data was ana‐lyzed .Results As for TruVex operation ,the average surgery time was 25 .0 min (12‐51min);after surger‐y ,all patients’ varicose veins ,leg pain ,pigmentation and skin ulcers began to disappear .During the aver‐age follow‐up period of 13 .2 months (1‐22 months) ,there was no recurrence ,no obvious crus scar .The average length of stay was 8 .4d (2‐l2 days) .Conclusion The treatment method of Tri Vex rotary excision combined with high ligation of great saphenous vein has many advantages ,such as small trauma ,quicker recovery ,being safe and effective ,beautiful appearance ,short surgery time and short length stay in hospi‐tal ,it is especially suitable for elderly patients .
